Debbie Gispan – Director
Debbie was educated within the independent sector and attended a boarding school during her teenage years. She studied for her bachelor’s degree at UCL and later completed an MSc in International Business from the University of London.
Having graduated, Debbie spent many years working in the investment banking industry. During her time in the City and armed with an already extensive skill set, she developed strong logistical and management tools which enabled her to support her discerning clientele who had high expectations in all areas.
Debbie recently returned to the UK after living in West Africa for several years. She now lives in London with her husband and their three children.
Nicky Sakpoba – Director
Nicky was educated at an independent girls’ day school in West London and continued on to study European Languages at the University of London.
Nicky’s in-depth knowledge of the London hotel and events market springs from an early career in the luxury hotel sector. She spent 10 years in management roles in several of London’s most prestigious five-star hotels. This was followed by a move into sales & marketing in the commercial property arena in the City of London.
Nicky has been through the school selection and assessment process as a parent herself, so is well versed in how to help Panoba clients navigate the complexities of the UK day and boarding school system. She lives in London with her husband and their two children.
